(Adds detail.) LONDON (Dow Jones)--Austrian oil and gas company OMV AG (OMV.VI) will most likely fall short of its challenging 2010 oil and gas production target of 350,000 barrels equivalent a day and will only be able to grow output beyond that date through acquisitions, said the company's Chief Executive Wolfgang Ruttenstorfer Friday. "It will be very difficult to reach this target, but the increase (in 2010) compared with this year will be significant," OMV Chief Executive Wolfgang Ruttenstorfer said, speaking at a conference in London.
