Reliance Industries will pursue an aggressive strategy to become one of the top three companies in the oil & gas exploration business, chairman Mukesh Ambani said.

Outlining the company’s growth strategy at its annual general meeting, he said that a big focus on exploration and production of oil & gas will take RIL to a much higher growth trajectory. Mukesh Ambani also announced that the company would resume expansion in retailing business. The company would also increase polyester capacity for high value technical textiles while it would also invest for creating capacity for synthetic rubber.
